Owner and Director
Melissa started her career in childcare working at a childcare facility in 1997. After realizing her love for children she opened First Step Learning Center in 2002. She received an Associates Degree in Child Development in 2013. She also holds a Director License and a Childcare Workers Certificate. The facility is a local family owned business.
